How to use the Live Lecture feature

  1. On the lefthand side, go to Live Lecture. To start a session > click Create a Live Lecture Session Image showing the landing page for Live Lecture, hovered over the Live Lecture button on the left side
  2. To begin taking notes > click Start Listening Image of the New Session landing page, notes are still blank
  3. Make sure that the Auto Take Notes box is checked so that notes can be automatically generated Image of the view of the landing page, AI now listening and filling up the notes and transcript page
  4. Once you’re done, you can edit your notes by clicking Customize Notes on the upper right side of the notes generated. You will see options on how you can edit your notes. Image of the landing page of the New Session, hovered over Customize Notes, showing the dropdown selections
  5. If you choose Condense Notes, you will be given a chance to review the changes to your notes. You can either Reject, Regenerate, or Accept the changes. Image of the Review the Changes to your Notes prompt
  6. You will now be able to see the changes applied to your notes. You are still able to customize them just like any document Image of the New session landing page with changes applied to the notes, title highlighted in yellow

  8. Or you may choose to change the language of the lecture you’re listening to Image of the New Session landing page, hovered over the Listening In dropdown with various language selection
  9. You may also make use of Spark.E, your AI Tutor to review your notes Image of the New Session page, chat box initiated with a question
  10. On the upper left side, you can edit the title of the session by simply clicking on the text Image of the upper left side of the page, New Session highlighted
  11. You can also click the Import to Study Set button to include this as a new Study Set > Choose the Study Set you’d like to add the notes to
